- Lube seals with 2-stroke oil
- Special mandrel for oil seals to stop damage to the seals

- Tap in to place crank case evenly use blunt drift (large flat end) ½” extension bar

- Insert circlip
- Repeat on other side.
- Ignition side insert 3 rubber bungs
Ignition
- Fit stator and stator plate with open horse shoe at top with a 1058 stator coil

- Clamp down tightly
- If marked + keyed crank reset removed

- Timing 1.65 before top dead center Ideal. Between 1.5-1.8
- Fit Rota on key
- Tighten center bolt to 12ftlbs

Refit gear selector Mechanism
- Detent arm
- Find neutral notch by rotating selector drum check up the neutral plunger holder hole

- detent plate as photo with detent arm in place
- Fit Bolt and Retaining washer (not shit standard one) stops detent arm jumping drum. Bolt must be clean and loctighted
- Fit spring to retaining bolt/rivet if stock

- Refit primary drive wheel with locknut Tight check it spins freely
