- Large washer 1st with recesses facing crank case
- Then needle roller bearing
- Primary drive / clutch center
- Washer with recesses facing crank case
- Clutch on
- Fit puller on clutch with fully backed of
- Hit the puller with a couple of sharp taps to fit to tapper.
Fit oil drain plug with new aluminum washer
Fit neutral plunger (ball, spring, sealant bolt)
Fit Clutch side case
- Place gasket on crank casing
- Fit clutch lifter Mechanism in crank case with worm gear wound all the way in to the leaver arm with the arm against the stop
- Fit casing, tapping clutch lifter mechanism onto crankshaft keeping the plunger pushed in to hold clutch lifter mechanism in place.
- All clutch lifter mechanisms should have 4 slots in rims to enable easy clutch setup.
- Bolt down the clutch case side case
- 2 short bolts at rear of case
- 3 longer bolts to the front
- Rotate clutch mechanism anti clockwise until on stop
- Center of clutch cable Hole from case face (need a photo)
- Fit clutch nut clean with no oil, loctight
- Clutch nut Torque 100Nm
- Fit clutch operating locking plate with o ring clean.
- Fit clutch cover.
