MUST be a puller with crank over fitting sleeve.

Clutch Puller

If no fitting sleeve  or Puller used with a point that does into the center of shaft there is a large chance of damage see below

  • Unscrew center bolt of puller
  • Place fitting sleeve on end of crank
  • Screw puller on thread of clutch center
  • Once fitted do up center bolt till tight 
  • Tap end
  • Keep tightening center bolt and tapping until clutch pops off.

  • Remove primary drive gear from behind clutch collecting needle bearing and all washers noting order.

  • Remove primary Gear nut using impact gun

  • Remove detent arm + and spring , note large washer not standard and strong spring not standard.
